Meagan Vogel is on a mission to positively change the way human service professionals are oriented and trained.
Hailing from southeast Iowa, Meagan holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Leadership. She's dedicated 15 years to various education and social services in both field and administrative roles. At present, she provides consulting services for a variety of healthcare organizations as well as continuing to create relevant and relatable content as the CEO and co-founder of Elite Solutions. Meagan specializes in organizational compliance, improving operational processes and resolving staff administration issues.
Meagan co-founded Elite Solutions to guide fellow professionals in making the workplace better. Enhancing interpersonal skills, promoting healthy office cultures, increasing employee productivity, strengthening office morale and augmenting client care (all through practical videography inspired by her parents) are among her professional talents. When she's not cultivating respect among people, she enjoys cooking, listening to music/podcasts, spending time with her family and, of course, watching the Internet's favorite thing: cat videos!
Michael Maher is a Mental Health Counselor, Consultant, and Entrepreneur who is known for his compassionate nature, understanding, and unwavering dedication.
Throughout the last two decades, he has successfully owned a private practice, helping hundreds of clients thrive along the way. Most recently, he also co-founded a consulting and online training platform specially tailored for human service experts called Elite Solutions. This new venture advocates healthy office culture, productivity, top-quality client care, and relationship-building. In addition to his passion for empowering others and 35 years of mental health experience, he is licensed in the State of Iowa as a Mental Health Counselor and specializes in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and marriage therapy.
When he isn’t providing counseling or consultation to his valued clients, you can find Michael playing guitar, relaxing in the great outdoors, or watching movies. He is also an Indianapolis Colts and Iowa Hawkeyes fan. Above all else, he enjoys spending quality time with his family including his wife, and his two adult children…and just ask him about his grandson!
